Family entrance checklist

• Welcome Home A-frame.
• Family Entrance Sign.
• Kids Flag.

The supplied photos do not show the outdoor entrance. Confirm the exact sign and flag positions with the team lead.

Check-in setup checklist

• Set up the 6-foot table with its tablecloth.
• Assemble the GCTKids backdrop and frame behind the table.
• Set up the high-top table with its black tablecloth.
• Place the pamphlet board.
• Position the Elementary and Preschool roll-up signs outside their room doors.
• Place the iPad check-in stands at the check-in station.
• Ask the check-in lead to confirm the devices and station are ready.

Where the pieces are packed

The source checklist lists the pamphlet board in both the station setup and the Preschool Roadcase. Treat these as placement and storage references; an additional board is not confirmed.

Pack-out

• Return the signs and poles, check-in tablecloth, backdrop, and frame to the Elementary Roadcase.
• Return the pamphlet board and iPad stands to the Preschool Roadcase.
• Account for both tables, tablecloths, and family entrance items.
• Confirm the storage location of tables and outdoor signs with the team lead.
